Val Thorens | 1800 - 3230 m

Val Thorens

The highest resort in Europe, "Val Tho" benefits from perfect snow conditions all season long (October to May). Although it belongs to the 3 Vallées (600 km of ski runs), the Val Thorens slope area meets all your ski run and off-piste needs, even in summer thanks to its glacier. The village is rather spread out, but the regional architecture of its large buildings is well-kept. The adjustment problems to the altitude can cause sleeping problems the first night there, so be sure to go out: the resort is known for its night life!
